Wolf Heart is a large black and grey she-cat with green eyes.
Wolf Heart was born in Polaris' group but was taken to MistClan shortly after it's split, but following her mother's death, she joined LostClan to join her father.

In the epilogue, Wolf Heart was born to Mist Walker and Lost Runner, but would later be seperated from her father following the founding of the Clans.
She was the first prophesised cat by StarClan and overshadowed Shadow Omen in the following moons.
