Tawnypaw was born to Timberskip and Blackbear along with her brothers Sootkit and Heronkit. Her father Blackbear lives in AppleClan, so she only gets to see him every once in a while. Tawnykit is very sad and usually only spends time with her brothers.

Tawnypaw is mentored by her aunt Seedmist. She doesn't get to spend a lot of time with her brothers anymore since Seedmist thinks she is a much better mentor than Fenmoon and Rockyfin.
