Roseheart is a pinkish gray she-cat with thick, long fur, and a scar on her forehead.

Roseheart is a PoppyClan warrior that has served under Hawkstar and Buckstar's leaderships in the forest territories. She was born as Rosekit to Gorsefur and Dovebreeze, with her brother, Duskpelt, a few moons older than her. She was later apprentices to Kiwisong as Rosepaw.

Rosepaw later trespasses on EmberClan's territory by accident, and then stumbles upon Mintpaw, EmberClan's medicine cat apprentice. Rosepaw then apologizes and the two awkwardly become friends. As several moons pass by, the two meet every gathering and their friendship grows.

Mintpaw's parents, Frecklenose and Nightpelt, however, are not very fond of their friendship and force them to break apart by demanding Squirrelstar, EmberClan's leader, to ban her from gatherings. Mintpaw finds a way to overcome this by sneaking to the border and talking to Rosepaw all day. Mintpaw then reveals that her parents are abusive, and that they blame Mintpaw for her sister, Lilyfoot, mistreating her. This causes Rosepaw to become resentful of her parents, and swears that they'll reunite properly again one day.

Eventually, Mintshine's parents find out about their secret meet-ups, and force them to break apart once more, devastating the two.

At one gathering, an intense arguement broke out, and StarClan struck down lightning which knocked over a tree, killing HeatherClan's medicine cat, Appleswirl, and fracturing Rosepaw's skull. With Ivyclaw's help, Rosepaw made a miraculous recovery, and finished her apprenticeship, earning the name Roseheart.

Detailed description

Roseheart is a soft, thick-furred pinkish gray she-cat with long fur, dark blue eyes, big paws, and a big scar on her forehead and back. She has a brighter pinkish gray belly and a thick fluff ringing around her neck.
