"With this life, I give you a life for honesty" - Patchpaw giving a life to Saffronear at his leader's ceremony in Saffronear's Trial

Patchpaw is a black tom with pale golden patches and a nicked ear.
Patchpaw was an apprentice under Lilystar's leadership in the hollow territories before his death.
He was born as Patchkit to Cinderfern and Halfear alongside his siblings Yellowkit, Mistlekit and Saffronkit. Tragically Yellowkit was stillborn and she was buried before the kits even opened their eyes.
When the kits were two moons old, they escaped camp and wandered into the forest. A patrol found both Saffronkit and Patchkit but couldn't locate Mistlekit. She was eventually found dead near the edge of the forest bathed in fox scent.
Patchpaw eventually decided to become a medicine cat and was apprenticed to Stripedfern while his brother was apprenticed as a warrior apprentice to Eveningwhisker.
He proved himself as a good medicine cat apprentice.
Tragically, during a border fight, Patchpaw tried to intercept and was killed.

He gives his brother a life for honesty.
After giving him his life, he calls out his leader name of Saffronstar before the golden tom says goodbye to them, returning to the living world.
