Appearance[]
Juncocry is a Siamese tom cat with a tabby tail. His eyes are bright yellow and are usually upturned. There is a scar on his right paw, a scar on his right shoulder and a nick in his left ear. His paws are very small compared to an average cat and his ears are long. He is taller than average. Juncocry is extremely emaciated from living in a famine for most of his life.
His head is a trapezoid. It would be more realistically described as wide with long fur tapering down his face. I don't actually know lol.
Personality[]
Juncocry is adaptable, persistent, sly, jealous, and erratic. He cries a lot and is easily prone to violent outbursts. (literally just a baby lol)
He's fun-loving, devious, and cheerful on a good day. He is also very mean, he takes on an antagonistic role in a lot of my animations because he's a hater 😭

Pre-Rotting Flower[]

Juncocry was born to Petalbreeze and Sedgeclaw along with his brother Brownstripe. Juncokit and Brownkit were neglected by their parents (to be expanded.) Juncokit was best friends with his brother, they had each other when no one else was there for them. The two would sneak out of camp often and explore the woods. Somehow neither of them were swept up by an owl. What a shame 😒
When they were a couple moons old, Brownkit was more favored by their parents for being so tall (AppleClan favors the tallest for being closer to the stars and their warrior ancestors.) In turn, Juncokit became violent to get more attention from his parents. Sedgeclaw defended his son, saying that he would grow out of it, while Petalbreeze yelled at Juncokit to stop. Over time, Juncokit became more jealous of Brownkit, and was more annoyed with him.
When he was three and a half moons old, a drought started that turned into a deadly famine. Since he was a kit though, he got to eat. When he was five moons old he attacked Daisykit, and almost killed her. Spiderstar punished him with his apprenticeship getting a moon delayed.
Then Petalbreeze gave Juncokit the scar on his paw.
The moon he spent in the nursery after Brownpaw was apprenticed was torture. None of the other kits nor the apprentices wanted to spend any time with him. Brownpaw occasionally visited him, but Juncokit lashed out at him for "rubbing his apprenticeship status in his face."
Finally at 7 moons old, Juncopaw was apprenticed. He was given Owllight as a mentor.
At first, Juncopaw was very mean to his mentor and attacked him, but Owllight was patient and compassionate. Owllight was positive towards Juncopaw when he did something good, which Juncopaw was not used to.
During this time, he got to know Blackpaw. Blackpaw made Juncopaw so happy. They became really good friends while battle training.
A couple weeks pass and Juncopaw has made incredible strides of progress with his attitude. He's on patrol with Owllight but then SwampClan attacks. Juncopaw wants to make Owllight proud by showing off his battle moves, but Owllight gets killed before Juncopaw could hear those words said to him.
Juncopaw grieves the loss of his mentor and later that night is assigned to Quaildapple. She's wanted an apprentice for so many years. Since no tall person wanted to mentor Juncopaw, Spiderstar let someone short be a mentor. She didn't expect him to be so challenging though. Quaildapple is really afraid of Juncopaw; she believes he's going to attack at any moment.
Three days later, Petalbreeze dies from starvation. Juncopaw doesn't know how to feel at the loss of his mother. He wanted her to be an actual mother to him but now it's too late. Juncopaw grieves more at the loss of this possibility than at her passing. His brother Brownpaw is devastated. Juncopaw is glad that Brownpaw is in more pain than him for once. (omg what is this 😭)
After Petalbreeze's death, Sedgeclaw starts to ignore Juncopaw. He looks too much like her and Sedgeclaw didn't know what to do about his son's behavior. He didn't want to try.
Quaildapple lets Juncopaw have the afternoon to himself after Petalbreeze's death. He wanted to train but she knew it would be good for him to be alone. Besides, he probably would have attacked her, Quaildapple thought.
Three days later, Juncopaw scratched out Quaildapple's eye. She was right, and stepped down as his mentor. Spiderstar knew there was only one cat who could handle Juncopaw's instability. Icesnake.
MAJOR EVENTS
- Juncopaw continues to act up and gets isolated from the rest of the clan
- he has like no support system besides Blackpaw omg he is emotionally stunted
- Icesnake gives Juncopaw the nick in his ear
- Juncopaw's warrior ceremony gets delayed another moon
- At 14 moons old, he earns his warrior name Juncocry because he cries all the time. It's not for battle cry.
- About a moon later, Juncocry kills Icesnake
- Around that time, Flaxseed joins Blackbear and Juncocry's friend group.
- At around 19 moons old, he gets the scar on his shoulder from a SwampClan warrior named Sprucesnow. Juncocry might've killed and ate that guy because the famine is still happening in AppleClan and it's winter time.
- Next moon, Flaxseed dies. It's just Juncocry and Blackbear now.
- Sometime after that like 1-4 moons later idk, Juncocry confesses his feelings to Blackbear. Blackbear rejects him. Life is so hard

Rotting Flower[]
Juncocry is the deuteragonist of Rotting Flower.
He is happy at Spiderstar's death. He is still besties with Blackbear and estranged from his brother.
After a couple moons of Flowerstar getting murdered, Brownstripe asks for Juncocry's help in solving this problem. They start talking again and kind of become "friends."
