This book is set inbetween The Ballad of Shadow and before Folly.
Burrowkit and Rainkit were born to Mossyleaf under the leadership of the tyrannical leader, Shredstar.
Burrowpaw became an apprentice and was given the mentor, Crowpond whom would unknowingly die later on through her apprenticeship, she was mentored by her uncle, Chestnutsky for the rest of it.
Eventually Burrowpaw and her brother attend a meeting and are greeted by the proud, Eaglefluff, whom their mother later tells them that he is their father.
Eventually the both become warriors, as Burrowfall and Rainstride, they eventually both get attacked by their father while fighting WindClan, they both kill him and go back home, later on Burrowfall is chosen as the new deputy.
