Ashpool is a short-furred blue-gray tom[2] with a black stripe along his spine and amber eyes[8].
Ashpool is currently a medicine cat who's served under Swanpool as her apprentice and medicine cat. He was originally a loner, known as Ash, traveling with Blaze after his twoleg nest was burned down and his family was killed as a kit. He joined the Clan after staying with them for a bit after he ran into Mosspaw. He became Swanpool's apprentice, known as Ashpaw, after helping her collect herbs and found the Moon Cave. He then became Milknose's apprentice after ThunderClan from the lake joined the new ThunderClan.
He was made into a medicine cat, renamed Ashpool, in honor of finding the Moon Cave.
History
The Hidden Darkness
A Dark Past
Ash hunts in the morning, and find a rabbit nest, which he digs up and kills the rabbits residing inside. He's later found by Blaze and they start traveling. He gets attacked by Mosspaw and later spots her the next day. He comes up with the idea that ThunderClan and the two loners could travel with them. When ThunderClan finds their new home he desperately wants to stay. He proves he's helpful by helping Swanpool out as much as he can and eventually becomes her apprentice. He later finds a cougar den but behind the Moon Cavern. He tells Swanpool and she says not to worry about it.
He sneaks out at night to get a peak at it and when he does he sees stars flowing down a river and some in a small lake. The lake starts filling up with mud and dirt and the other stars start to leave. They go down the river and join the other stars before the muck also starts getting to them. He notices that one's flickering and thinks it might be Blaze. He tells Swanpool this and, though she's angry he saw his first vision without her, she tells him to do what he thinks is best.
