Alderstar is a reddish brown tom with green eyes.

Alderstar was a ThunderClan leader under Nettlestar's leadership. He was born as Alderkit to Dawnbush and Thornleaf, along with his brother, Pinekit. Alderkit was apprenticed to Hollysplash as Alderpaw, and fter becoming a warrior, Alderbranch mentored Sweetberry, and grieved when Pinestorm was killed by a monster. Alderbranch fell in love with a RiverClan warrior, Silverfern, and she was expecting his kits. However, during her kitting, Silverfern caught greencough and she dies, devastating Alderbranch. However, Rootkit and Stemkit, his kits, were taken to RiverClan to raise. Alderbranch, wanting to keep the secret safe, took Sandflame who he was close to, as his mate and she bore his kits, Perchkit, Petalkit and Maplekit.

When the secret was accidentally revealed by Rootpaw and Stempaw at a Gathering, ThunderClan forgave Alderbranch and he became deputy when his father, Thornleaf, retired. Alderbranch ascended to leadership as Alderstar after Nettlestar's death, appointing Wolfspots as his first deputy, and after the tom's death, chose Bluewing and later Sootpelt for the position. He went on a journey with Sandflame and Perchkit, who was suffering from a severe fever, and wanted to cure their sick kit, found the Guardian Cats. They tried to help but Perchkit died, and Alderstar and Sandflame grieves. However, he returns and gives up many lives due to battles and illness, and dies from greencough, and ascends to StarClan. During Sootstar's nine lives ceromony, he gives Sootstar a life for courage.

Alderstar's Life

Alderkit is born to Dawnbush and Thornleaf, the Clan deputy, with his littermate Pinekit. The Clan rejoices for new kits and their father, Thornleaf, is proud. Coming Soon

Firemoon's Loyalty

Alderstar speaks at a Gathering, and he announces he and Sandflame will be on a journey to try fine a cure for their sick kit, Perchkit. He tells them Mintfire will be the temporary leader of ThunderClan. Firemoon also notices that when he returns, Alderstar gained some scars, most notably, one large one on his chest.

Detailed description

Alderstar is a large, muscular, study reddish brown tom with bright, emerald green eyes and a long scar on his chest. He has torn ears and long, thick fur.

Personality

Alderstar is a determined and strong willed cat, and he is willing to do anything for his Clanmates and his Clan. He is loyal and brave, and has a loving and gentle heart for those important to him. Alderstar is fearless in battle and will give up his lives for his Clanmates, which he does, when he tells Robinsong to not treat his last life. He is also rebellious and will defend his opinions and at times, can be arrogant and sharp.

Alderstar loves his parents deeply, and he is shocked and grief-stricken when Dawnbush dies during his apprenticeship. He also looks up to Thornleaf, wanting to be a great warrior like him. Dasnbush and Thornleaf, respectively, gives Alderstar one of his nine lives.

Alderstar is a good mentor to Sweetberry, and trains her well. He is strict to her and pushes Sweetberry to her limits, and are good friends later on. Alderstar grieves when she dies.

Alderstar loves his kits greatly, and vows to be a better father to them than he was to his first litter. He is worried when Perchkit is sick and travels with Sandflame to find a cure for him. Alderstar is deeply saddened when Perchkit dies, but finds happiness with Petalfang and Mapletail. He is proud when they become warriors.
